For years now, Power Road has been building itself up from a small rural street that accessed mostly farms and Williams Air force Base. Power Road is now fueling economic growth for Mesa, Gilbert, and Queen Creek. Constantly new businesses are being added and Power Road has an interesting mix of Retail Stores, Medical Offices, Dental Offices, and the Gateway Airport, which is beginning to pick up commercial flights. Also located on the old William's field area is ASU's polytechnic and Chandler Gilbert Community college.
Today, more and more facilities are going in on the Power Road corridor - dance studios, family doctor's, urgent care, hospitals, and educational facilities. I am proud to be a part of this growth and I am proud for the quality of our lifestyle out here. We have access to many wonderful things, even though we are over 20 miles from downtown Phoenix.
